The Boys soccer team’s home regular season winning streak is up to 21 matches beating Pella 4-0 to become the Little Hawkeye Conference Champion. The senior class defended their home turf on senior night. Gavin McFarland, the man of the match, lead the way with the first goal and the match winner. Wyatt Dillon played a long, well, driven through ball to spring Gavin in behind the Pella backline. Gavin then roofed the ball into the back of the net with an incredible onetime finish. It was 1-0 at half. In the second half, Kyle Dillon tallied the next two goals. His first goal came off a misplay by the Pella’s goalie. The second goal came from the Dillon brothers connection. Off a set piece from in our defending half, Wyatt launched a great ball into the center of the box where Kyle popped it over the Pella’s goalie and one timed it into the back of the net. To finish Pella off, Richard Toe tucked the ball past the goalie into the bottom left corner in a calm and collective manner. Matayas Durr had a big night with nine saves earning his fourth clean sheet of the year.

The JV team tied 1-1 in tough fought match. Jarek Harter got the Tigers on the board first finishing a ball that came back off the goalie.
